They coached in the Riverside Local School system for at least 10 years.The candidate is retired from coaching or has left the school system.Selection Criteria (Nominees must meet at least three (3))Placed in state-level athletic competition.Earned All-American or All-Ohio honors.Selected to area all-star teams, newspaper all-star teams, or all-league teams.Received school or sport-specific honors (e.g., MVP, Athlete of the Year).Demonstrated athletic achievement at the collegiate, amateur, or professional level.Achieved distinction as a coach.Demonstrated meaningful community involvement.Achieved success in a chosen profession.Served as a positive role model.Outstanding military service.Information requested on this form and any additional attachments will be the only information considered by the selection committee.Application Deadline: January 31 of the calendar year preceding the induction year.
